Witam,

I am from Tennesse USA. I just moved back to the US from Okalewo Poland in 2007. We had storks on the farm where I lived. My daughter had two storks fly over her in 2004 and she had twin boys.
I was born in LA and raised in Denver Co. I attended St. Joseph's Polish grammar school and church. My first language was Polish but I never studied it in school. My parents could not speak English. I have a MS from San Diego State University. I have two daughters am not married at this time. I study my genealogy mostly from Poland. Parents came from Zatorowisna, Gorzno and Brodnica. Mostly farmers although on my mothers side there is a baker. I try to keep up on my Polish speaking and writing. I have land in Poland and will one day complete the home I started to build there.
My name is Jakub (kuba) Przedzienkowski.
I enjoy watching the storks in there nests raising the young. I had heard there was some plastic in the nest and it was on one of them. I have not seen that.

Thanks for getting in touch. I am glad that you are enjoying the storks nest.
Yes, there was some plastic in the nest. I hope the wind will blow it away. Storks sometimes bring some strange thing to their nest. We can’t do anything about it, because we can not interfere with the nest.
It’s nice that you try to keep your Polish in speaking and writing. Why dont you have a go in writing something in Polish in our forum?
